MSC NOTICE - DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PORTUGAL

Referred to the import requirement for POD PORTUGAL, please read below carefully and comply with on your S/I.

请查阅如下目的港葡萄牙要求，请仔细阅读并严格遵守。

1. Several HS Codes under same cargo description is not allowed. Quantities, cargo description and weight should be manifested per cargo HS Code. In case this procedure is not followed, containers will wait at discharge port before rail positioning until EMC with cargo split is well received being all costs on your account.

如涉及多个HS CODE,需分列品名件毛体。若未按此要求提供，需强制更正由此产生责任费用将由贵司承担。

1. Cargo short description not referring correctly to the cargo loaded is not accepted.   

短品名的申报需为精确商品描述。

1. Footware shipments: Customs demands the clear indication of the number of shoes pairs to be inserted in short description and cargo description in order to issue the transit document to route the cargo via rail to one of our dry ports. Lack of information, will result in delays, extra charges that will be on your account. HS CODE with 8 digits (specific HS Code) mandatory.

鞋类运输：海关要求在短品名和货物描述需明确录入鞋子数量 (双)，以便签发过境文件通过铁路将货物运送至内陆点。且必须提供 8 位 商品编码 （特定 HS编码）。如未按要求提供将导致延误放货及额外费用将由贵司承担。

Please contact your clients to make sure comply with the POD Customs Regulation. We will follow up your SI request directly and any incorrect data will cause extra cost or responsibility, which is on your account. We will not verify with you again.

请各订舱代理及时通知客人与其收货人落实各国家/各港口的海关要求。我司此邮件仅供提醒，如稍后港口海关有任何更新，请建议客人及时落实更新并遵照执行。我司将继续完全按照各代理所提供的提单确认件直接录入舱单并签发提单，不再另行与代理确认。
