MSC NOTICE --- ECTN required for all shipments to Congo or Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

Dear Customers,

This is to inform you that for all shipments to Congo or Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), ECTN number is compulsory to be reflected in the Bill of lading against POD Customs regulation. In case of omission, discrepancies, or any error with regard to such number, the responsibility remains with the Merchant/Importer.

据目的港海关要求，所有运往至刚果或刚果共和国的货物，ECTN号码必须显示在提单上。若未按要求提供显示正确号码，由此产生的一切责任风险请自行承担。

Please contact your clients to make sure comply with the POD Customs Regulation. We will follow up your SI request directly and any incorrect data will cause extra cost or responsibility, which is on your account. We will not verify with you again.

请各订舱代理及时通知客人与其收货人落实各国家/各港口的海关要求。我司此邮件仅供提醒，如稍后港口海关有任何更新，请建议客人及时落实更新并遵照执行。我司将继续完全按照各代理所提供的提单确认件直接录入舱单并签发提单，不再另行与代理确认。
